We are glad to introduce Viniliquid, the first liquid yeast autolysate rich in nutriels and survival factors allowing alcoholic fermentation completion.

Viniliquid’s main advantages versus the usage of a dry product:
- Viniliquid is more efficient than combined additions of yeast derivatives and pure yeast hulls to secure fermentations
- Viniliquid elimintates the inconvenience of handling powdery products
- Totally soluble into the must, Viniliquid improves nutrients assimilation
- Pumpable (no yeast hulls sedimentation), Viniliquid allows to automatize and manage nutrient additions during fermentation.
