Why use Fermentis dry yeast ?


Recent developments in technology and manufacturing processes have made the production of ethanol, especially for fuel usage, much more efficient and cost effective. These developments have also lead to specific needs with regard to yeast management.
Yeast is a key ingredient in ethanol manufacturing directly influencing the plant productivity. The correct strain of yeast must be used in the right presentation, quantity, physiological condition and stage in the process.
