Safsorghum B-74 dry sorghum beer yeast is available in two presentations:
SPI
Designed for the industrial brewers, a yeast with high foam generation potential and rapid fermentation activity due to high viable cell count.
SPM
Designed to be used in ready-to-use beer kits where the yeast is mixed with dry grist ready for brewing on addition of water. Displays improved conservation properties due to specific drying technology.
