Ethanol Red Dry yeast with a high ethanol tolerance for the production of industrial ethanol from grains such as corn, barley, wheat, etc. with a final ethanol concentration of up to 18% (v/v). This strain displays a higher yield in ethanol than standard yeast, even at high temperatures (up to 40C). This strain is suitable for Very High Gravity (VHG) processes (up to 36% dry matter) and Simultaneous Saccharification and Fermentation (SSF) processes.
