Fermentis offers two unique brands of active dry wine yeasts to commercial wineries world wide: Red star wine yeasts & Springer Oenologie®. Our two brands of yeasts have in common to be carefully selected for their fermentation capacities and their ability to adapt to specific wine applications.

	Springer Oenologie® The Springer oenologie® active dry wine yeast range was carefully selected by Lesaffre or in partnership with universities with a special focus on aroma and character development.
	Red Star The Red Star® active dry wines yeasts for professional winemakers offers 5 different yeast strains suitable for a variety of wine applications.

SC 22

THE original starter yeast
